LORRAINE DELANEY

My name is Lorraine Delaney and I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Rutgers University. I was Inducted into the Matthew Leydt Society for the top 2% of the 2018 graduating class of 8500 students. My focus was in Women’s & Gender Studies and Digital Communication Information and Media. As a NJ Laurie Chair Scholar, I helped organize the 2018 Global Summit on forced migration. I have a background as a freelance website, content creaton and business analysis designer and as a small business owner and manager. In 2019 I became a Certified ScrumMaster through Scrum Alliance.
About my personal and Professional life...
I am the proud mom of four daughters and while they were young I started a dog walking business so I could be home with them for the majority of my time. I decided to return to school after many years in order to begin a new career. I am currently a Director of Alumnae Relations and Certified ScrumMaster through Scrum Alliance.
RESUME
​Director and certified ScrumMaster with project management experience. I strategize, create, and deliver valuable programs and content. Known for the ability to go above and beyond expectations, build collaborative relationships, actively listen, and problem solve.
As a previous small business owner for 15 years I have experience in all areas related to the start-up and management of a business. I developed all sales and marketing strategies, built and maintained strong customer relationships, and supervised administrative operations. MS Office, Apple and Windows knowledgeable.
